Sound Control DJ's is currently looking for individuals with professional DJ experience, professional DJ equipment, reliable transportation and DJ Liability Insurance to host various types of events.
The person that fills this position would be responsible for carrying out all relevant tasks to ensure the clients' expectations are met and/or exceeded. This includes but is not limited to:
- Setting up sound, music and lighting equipment
- Acting as Master of Ceremonies and/or Event Coordinator and/or making all necessary announcements by microphone
- Must have the ability to read a crowd to determine interaction and musical selections
- Must have operating knowledge of professional music, sound and lighting equipment as well as the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Music knowledge (all types including current billboard top hits)
- Must be available on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Must have reliable transportation to haul DJ equipment to and from events
- Must be able to lift and load/unload equipment up to 75 lbs.
